A stuck gate means a closed store. We repair bent slats, broken bottom bars, worn tracks and damaged hoods, and replace springs and motors so the gate runs smoothly again.
For new installs and replacements we supply see-through gates where needed — New York City law requires that new and replaced roll-down gates on most storefronts be at least 70% visible (perforated or grille-style) — and we take care of the welding, tracks and housing.

Rolling Gates & Storefront Security FAQ
Are solid roll-down gates still allowed in NYC?
Local Law 75 of 2009 requires storefront roll-down gates that are newly installed or replaced to be at least 70% see-through, and set a deadline for converting existing solid gates. If you're replacing a solid gate, it will need to be a visible type.
My gate is stuck halfway — can you come today?
Call us. Stuck gates are urgent and we'll prioritize getting your store open or secured.
Can you repair just one bent slat?
Yes — we replace individual slats when the rest of the curtain is good.
Do you offer free estimates?
Send us photos and rough measurements by text or email and we'll usually give you a price range quickly. For custom work we'll visit to measure.
What areas do you serve?
All of Brooklyn, plus Staten Island, Queens and Manhattan. South Brooklyn neighborhoods are closest to our shop.
